Features
Everything a funded trader has to keep straight.
TraderBalance keeps your accounts, payouts, expenses and trades in one place and counts every fee against every payout, so you can see whether you are actually up.
Built for
Prop firm traders
Running several challenges and funded accounts across different firms, and losing track of which stage each is at, what is due and what it has all cost.
Built for
Personal traders
Trading your own capital and wanting deposits, withdrawals and balance history kept apart from your funded accounts, not lumped into one figure.
How it works
Three steps, then it keeps itself.
01
Add your accounts
Each challenge, funded and personal account, with its firm, size and the stage it has reached.
02
Record as you go
Payouts, fees and trades as they happen. Recurring costs like subscriptions can repeat on their own.
03
Read the real number
Totals, net return and what needs doing next are worked out for you from your own records.
What's inside
One app, every part of the job.
Accounts
Every account and the stage it's at
Challenges, funded and personal accounts on one map, plus a to-do list that puts the accounts needing action first: a payout that's due, a target that's been reached, a breach still marked active.
Payouts
What's due, paid and rejected
Each payout's eligible date, request and payment in one history. A reminder lands in your inbox when a payout becomes eligible, and it shows on the calendar either way.
Expenses
Every cost of getting funded
Challenge fees, resets, activations and subscriptions, with recurring costs repeating automatically and a running figure for how much of it your payouts have earned back.
Trades
A trade log with notes
Log trades as you take them and add notes as you revisit them. Win rate and averages leave out trades with no recorded result rather than counting them as zero.
Overview & Analytics
Your whole position on one screen
Net P&L across every account, capital per arena, and an analytics page showing how your trading is doing and what has changed.
Reports
Statements you can export
Income, costs and net for any period, broken down by month, account and firm. Download as CSV or print to PDF.
Calendar
Your trading month at a glance
Payouts received, costs paid, payouts coming due and trades closed, laid out day by day.
Goals
Goals you set, measured for you
Reach a number, stay under a limit, keep a rule or build a habit. Most goals fill themselves in from your accounts, trades and journal, and each shows whether it is ahead of or behind its own pace. It reports your numbers; it never tells you how to trade.
Firms
What each firm has cost and paid
Every prop firm you've bought a challenge with, and how much you've spent with it against what it has paid out.
Compound calculator
Plan a personal account's growth
Compounds the numbers you enter for a personal account from a start date. A projection of your own inputs, not a forecast.
Achievements
Milestones worth marking
Unlock achievements as you pass challenges, take payouts and hit goals, with a certificate you can download.
ReadinessComing soon
How rested you are, next to how you trade
Connect a wearable and see a daily readiness score from your sleep and recovery alongside your trading. Not available yet.
Common questions
Before you start.
Yes. Personal trading accounts sit alongside your prop firm challenges and funded accounts, with their own balance history, deposits and withdrawals. The two are kept apart where it matters — capital is shown per arena, never lumped together.
It does not connect to your broker at all. You log trades yourself, which means TraderBalance never asks for a broker password, has no route to your account, and could not place, close or modify an order even if something went wrong.
It is firm-agnostic. You record the firm, the account size, the phase and the rules it is under, so FTMO, Topstep, FundingPips or one nobody has heard of are all the same shape to the app.
Neither, quite. It tracks the things a funded trader has to keep straight — which accounts are at which stage, what has been paid out, what it cost to get there — and it does the arithmetic on them. It is not trying to be your notebook or your tax return.
